This cathedral is very different from all others in the city, mainly baroque or neoclassical type. Here you can see a rather strong influence of Russian Medieval churches of the seventeenth century, Yaroslavl 'and the famous cathedral St. Basil's in Moscow. It is covered with over 7000 square meters of mosaics, more than it is in the basilica of San Marco in Venice. Virtually all coated with enamel in colorful ceramic tiles and stained glass, lintels, ornamental cupolas, is decorated by 5, with about 1000 square meters of their surface decoration, almost jeweled.
